There may be teams of no more than two drivers with a team champion being determined by overall points of both drivers. Both drivers must run the same livery with different colored mirrors. Being on a team does not prevent you from competing for the overall prize, the standings will be done seperately.

Anybody? I miss racing with the EZT crew every week. Not that I haven't see any of you but I remember the hatchback days where I'd be in a lobby full of EZT guys having tremendously fun races.

By the way I am building and testing for a 4-cylinder series, not to take away from the hatchback series as this one is based around local short track divisions and allows both FWD and RWD and the cars are actually a tad bit slower due to sport tires. Look for this to be on Monday or Tuesday afternoons over at IFCA if I can get Don to agree to it.

Also, IFCA Spec is coming back in just over a month with a shorter 6 week season with your best 5 results being counted towards the championship. Races will most likely be the usual Thursday @ 8PM EST. The car is German and the opening race is Nurburgring GP short but that is all I can reveal right now.

Results

The general consensus of the lobby was to combine all three rounds total time rather than use the points system. That was really put in place for multiple lobbies but this idea is better anyways. The grid was set randomly, then reverse lobby points for the second two races. Here are the results;

Congratulations Yansansan for the victory by a margin of 13.536 seconds over AAR FACEPALMER! Tough luck to AAR MOPAR001 who had 19 second lead entering the final round but had a mechanical failure early in the race during an intense battle with Yansansan and AAR FACEPALMER for the early lead. After all three rounds Yansansan emerged victorious with a comfortable lead but the battle for 2nd and 4th was very tight with AAR FACEPALMER edging Chevrolet 454 for 2nd place by .391 of a second. GLR Roman finished the event exactly 1 second ahead of AAR Pvt Donut for 4th. Very exciting to see such close results after 125 miles/78 minutes of racing.
