April 11th at 8PM EST, one time endurance event, more events likely to
follow if this event is successful. I will post a poll on whichever
forums allow me to for you all to vote on a track to do after this one.


Within a month there will be an official announcement of an
Endurance series spanning all 10 classes of Forza over 10 weeks for a
total of 24 Hours. Doing these single events in the meantime is an
attempt to gather an endurance racing crowd from every league, club,
and whatever you want to call yourself in Forza. It's a good way for
all of us to just get along and race. So here is my idea for the first
non-championship event:

Sedona Raceway Park Club Circuit

Race Details:
-90 Minute time limit with results determined by overall distance travelled
-Simulation damage
-TCS off, all other assists allowed

Rules:
-car must be pre-1975 and American made
-A class
-RWD only
-no more than 500 HP allowed

1st place - 500,000 credits
2nd place - 250,000 credits
3rd place - 100,000 credits

One
car of choice of up to 100,000 value will be gifted to one random
non-podium placing participant who completes the full 90 minutes

I would love to have somebody represent EZT Motorsports! Trying to get as many clubs involved as I can, not too many people showing interest yet but I feel I can build an endurance racing crowd over time. Should be fun.

You may have elimintaed some interested people by having no TC with RWD.

When I think of endurance races, I think of longer tracks, so as not to have a lot of laps to run.

I would be all over this it it was a normal monday for me. That weekend will be a military weekend though so I will be working.

I am running a short track over a long period of time to give it that American short track feel, and turning TCS off just for this first event to attract a more hardcore crowd. The following week there will be a RWD A Class Honda spec event with all assists allowed. Road Atlanta or Sebring will be the venue.
