Gamefly has sent me NASCAR 2011 the game. Is anyone else going to try it out?

We need feedback on how the game compare to Forza.

Is the tuning and upgrading different?
Have you tried Online racing yet?
Can the body damage be fixed in the pit.
Are you out of the race if the body damage cannot be fixed? what I mean is, do you lose speed?

When you hit the wall, are you slowed down a lot and are you stuck on it for a long distance?

These are a few concers I have with Forza and turn 10 has ignored doing anything about it.

Wait for the game to get patched again and after that wait for another patch and dlc .
The tuning is great. U can tune down to each separate wheel. The online is garbage for now until its fixed. Not too sure about damage when its turned on. what I have experienced is it slightly alters ur speed not much. u do not stick to the wall, lol. damage can't be fixed in pit, I don't think not exactly positive. just thank forza right now for all the hard work they do. compared to this gsme forza blows it out of the water online. this game has potential if the patches come out in a timely manner and fix the online massively. all in all I will still play it , I'm having fun despite all the screw UPS.

Wow, if they need so many patches, why was it released.

They must of not had very good testers to check for flaws or they wanted to get it out, before too many people got stuck on GT5 and iRacing.

I'm sure NASCAR gave them a deadline and tests what happens.

Game definitely Beta, but I still had a blast running last night with Xess and Unca! The wheel has just the right feedback feel and the racing has some cool slip streaming affect. Yeah, the online has the potential for 16 drivers at once!
But it has so many problems we had to endure, launching time being so long the minor one. Patches will fix the other problems. Time will tell.......

Forza is a as bug free as you can get, thank you Turn 10.

For those considering getting the game... All the glitches were in the online aspects of the game, namely the public lobbies and the leaderboards. Offline, the game has been glitch-free for me.

P.S. Anyone tried Bristol yet?

the one thing i HATE about this game is if you run 200 laps battling for the lead and get turned on the last lap you will finish 43rd. thats the one thing ive always looked for in a nascar game is attrition and it never happens lol. but the tuning and look of the game is really good, just online is still faultyand certain offline issues with pitting and restarts.

Despite it's flaws, I would still like to do some organized racing with this game.
